Description
Enjoy three nights in a gorgeous, newly rebuilt four bedroom house with log style frontage. The cabin backs onto open forest land communally shared with quiet neighbors, and is located a few minutes drive from Big Bear Lake and Snow Summit Mountain where you can enjoy dozens of hiking and mountain biking trails, the quaint village shops, and local restaurants. The cabin sleeps 8-10 with two king beds, and four to six single beds and is fully furnished with all amenities, linens, and a fully stocked kitchen that includes a dishwasher and microwave. Enjoy the front and back decks and the open backyard (no rear fence), use the gas BBQ for meals, or relax inside the open main floor watching TV by the working wood fireplace. The garage is available for storage of any equipment you bring (e.g. bikes) and is where the washer and dryer are located. There is a central forced heating unit and wifi throughout the cabin. Parking is available for two cars only on the driveway. The house will be deep cleaned, sanitized and left vacant for 72 hours before your arrival (*see Covid 19 rules in the Special Notes section).

Special Instructions
The three night stay (Friday to the following Monday) will be a mutually agreed upon weekend between July 9th and November 1st, 2021. Dates must be selected and confirmed by June 1, 2021.
No smoking or pets allowed. Property is wheelchair inaccessible. Only two cars may park on the driveway as per the City of Big Bear ordinance; no parking on the street.
Winners must sign an indemnity agreement stating they will comply with Covid 19 specific rules: All guests over 16 years old must show proof of vaccination. Owners are not responsible for any loss, injury or illness during time in Big Bear or at the house.
