2019 Zilliken "Estate" Riesling Mosel - Gloriously tropical yet etched by layers of slate, earth and spice, this well-priced, delightfully easy-drinking sip is a fantastic introduction to Zilliken's luminous, complex style. Just a shade off-dry, it balances delicate sweetness against laser-light jolts of acidity and steel. Delightful now but concentrated enough to drink well through at least 2024.

2020 Fromm Riesling Spätlese Marlborough- Deliciously sweet (92 g/l RS) riesling that builds exquisite sweet-and-sour tension. A delicately luscious wine with saline, oyster-shell, citrus, lime juice, and a suggestion of apricot and honey. Should age very well indeed.

2018 Hugel "Classic" Riesling Alsace - In this wine, a hint of lemon zest on the nose is followed by traces of apple and Mirabelle plum. On the palate, this triple notion of fruit unites into vibrant juiciness and lovely balance on a light, bright body. The finish is refreshing and dry
