Terra d'Oro Zinfandel 2016

Displays the classic characteristics unique to this region. Enticing aromas of clove, cracked pepper, black cherry, violets, licorice and sage. Opulent wine has a round, generous mouthfeel with a blackberry driven midpalate and velvety tannins leading to a long finish of baking spice.

Smooth cherry, black fruit, raspberry notes revolve around an array of ripe plum, light sage, and oak. A seductive balance of grace and weight. Delicious dichotomy. 

2016 Turley "Old Vines" California Zinfandel

One of Turley's emblematic bottlings, the 2016 Zinfandel Old Vines exhibits a lovely bouquet of raspberries, plums, cherries and licorice. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, deep and concentrated, with rich structuring tannins, a generous core of fleshy fruit and a long, flavorful finish. Passalacqua notes that a lot of the single vineyards that Turley works with today began life as part of the Old Vines blend while the sources and farming improvements were made and that a few barrels of many of the top single vineyards usually find their way into the blend
