We are just one half mile from The Sands "Beach" and 4 miles from downtown Beaufort and close to other gorgeous surrounding attractions. Port Royal is located just north of Hilton Head Island and South of Charleston. This 2 story, single family home offers 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths with a living , dining and kitchen open floor plan making it easy to interact with your family & guests. A separate seating room also has 2 twin size daybeds. The main bedroom has a King bed and attached full bath. The upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a half bath in the main downstairs living area. Relax on the front porch and watch life go by on Paris Avenue or take a ride in the included golf cart down to The Sands beach. Across the street you can enjoy Corner Perk coffee shop, a breakfast restaurant, the museum, or local shopping. You will also be across the street from the Cypress Wetlands, which is a Rookery for many coastal birds as well as a habitat for gators, turtles, and lots of other fun animals! Port Royal is host to seasonal festivals and events throughout the year, including the Soft Shell Crab Festival, Oktoberfest , Shrimp and Grits festival, Bands, Brew and Bar-b-q, oyster fest, as well as free live music on the main street on Paris Ave every other Saturday from May through September. There is something for everyone! Please no smoking and no pets of any kind as owners have severe allergies.
