Friendly dogs of all ages & sizes are eligible but proof of vaccination and a negative local parasite test within the last year are required.
Punch card is not transferable and Crescent City Veterinary Hospital reserves the right to deny play dates to any dogs showing aggression. Expires 4/4/25. Cannot be exchanged for cash or other services or products.
