This decoration fits the standard straight harness handle and can be used for a variety of occasions.  Because it is red, white, and blue it is perfect for any patriotic event; but because there is a flower on the front, it is also perfect for any spring or summer party.  The crochet artist used blue yarn for the main body of the decoration, and then attached a flower to the front that has a white center with red petals, resembling a poppy.  There is also a nice added accent of a slight ruffle to the top and bottom of the blue main part of the decoration.  It has two buttons sewn into the inside to keep it from moving or falling off once it is in place. It sits a few inches below the grip and a few inches above the reflective tape on the handle.
