The design includes an image of 2 Seeing Eye dogs in leather harnesses seated in the grass, a German shepherd and a yellow Labrador retriever. Seated before them are two 8-week-old Seeing Eye puppies, a golden retriever and a black Lab. Beside them is the Seeing Eye logo with, "Home of the State Dog of New Jersey" printed beneath it.
