Cla Chia Head planter based on the comic strip "Jiggs and Maggie" also known as "Bringing Up Father". The series, created by George McManus, ran from 1913 to 2000. "Seed heads" were first sold in JC murphy stores in the mid 1940s. Collectors are also called "seed heads".
