This trio consists of wines to be drunk ice-cold, as we get prepared for summer 2021. 

Bottle #1: Bisol “Jeio” Prosecco Rose 2020 (750ml): the classic refreshing Prosecco but coming in the Rose version. Yeah, it’s a new thing: Since last year, proseccos can now be made rose style. So make sure to pop this guy straight from the ice bucket and refresh yourself! 

Bottle #2: Dominio de Punctum “Pablo Claro” Spanish Sauvignon Blanc 2018 (750ml): Talking about refreshing wines, here is a classic grape: Sauvignon Blanc. Dry, juicy and crisp, this one is organically made in central Spain and needs no fancy occasion to be consumed: Just pop it open and enjoy it on a sunny day. 

Bottle #3: Caprera “Le Vasche” Montepulciano D’ Abruzzo 2018: Yes, this is a red! A chillable red! Chillable reds are a thing now! Red wines made with very little extraction can basically be drunk as a Rose! This guy here, coming from the Abruzzo coast in central Italy is a made naturally (without the addition of chemicals in any part of the process) and expresses the bright side of Montepulciano grape… Just chill the heck out of it and enjoy it on any summer day!
