We exclusively install whole bean Jura espresso machines that use real milk, not powdered, to make real cappuccinos and lattes at the touch of a button. Office/residence must be in NYC, have 30+ people currently working there, for profit, and located in Manhattan or within a few subway stops. Client would provide the milk.
