FACE YOGA: A HOLESTIC AND ORGANIC EXPERIENCE

Like yoga, Face Yoga focuses on a mind, body connection.

You will be led through a series of facial exercises where you will learn how to create a firmer more sculpted face line. Breathing deep, increasing the blood flow, relaxing muscles, reducing lines and wrinkles.

During times of stress you will learn to release tired and sore muscles, become more aware of your posture and other bad habits. Through daily practices you'll notice your lines begin to smooth out, facial features become more defined and your skin more radiant as you gain a new sense of confidence from within.
