The Beach Cities Health District's Center for Health and Fitness (CHF) is the most comprehensive fitness center in the South Bay. Whether you're devoted to exercise, relatively sedentary or have special needs, our personal trainers will design a program to help you achieve your goals. And unlike most fitness centers, our instructors and personal training staff hold college degrees in health-related disciplines, with certifications from professional fitness and accredited organizations.

BCHD's Center for Health & Fitness facility will remain temporarily closed until further notice. While the building is closed, we continue to offer classes with your favorite CHF instructors online.
