Sunny Rose Cottage is in the mountains above Boulder, CO (United States) and only 15-20 minutes from Boulder. In the small former mining community of Salina, the cottage features all up to date appliances, wood floors, floor to ceiling windows, queen bed. Wi-fi, A/C, heating, woodstove.
The landscaped yard features locust, cherry, apple, and aspen trees along with currant, chokecherry, and lilac bushes. Two patios with dining table and lawn furniture plus a grill make outdoor living heavenly.
Please note: Your stay must be in spring 2022 or fall 2022. Summer is unavailable. We can negotiate dates.
