Description
The Kiondo Wedding Bag is hand-woven with sisal plant fibre, by a group of rural women in Kenya who make the bags to provide for their families. This is a traditional bag, given to a bride by the mother as a gift during the wedding ceremony.
The handmade piece of embroidery is crafted by women in Namibia for the local crafts market. It measures approximately 20" x 14 3/4".
