Our goal is to have high-quality sitters available wherever and whenever
you need them. That said, on an existential basis, the availability of
sitters is somewhat out of our control. Our platform is on-demand,
which means connections are often made within minutes. But if you live
outside a major metropolitan area, it may take longer. Therefore, the
more time you give us, the better!
