Our own Miami Culinary Institute Alumni, Executive Chef, Michael Galadza, will present
a demonstration for you and up to 7 guests during a remote zoom setting “Learn how to make Beer Can Chicken”, as was televised on the TV Show Road Trip with G. Garvin.

It’s guaranteed to be tender and juicy on the inside with a crispy, flavorful skin on the outside. He will also provide step by step recipes and instructions on how to make smoked bake beans and buttermilk coleslaw as sides for this delicious meal.
