Enjoy your vacation getaway in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage in a gated community.  Just a short drive to Wells Beach, Drakes Island Beach, Ogunquit Beach & Dock Square in Kennebunkport.  The cottage is an end unit which includes a small private yard with Adirondack chairs.  The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom had 1 full size bed.  The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances.  It is also fully equipped with everything you need to cook including a coffee machine, espresso maker, toaster and blender.  The enclosed sunroom has 1 queen sleep sofa and a sloder that canbe closed off for privacy.  The cottage is equipped with 3 flat screen tv's with expanded HD cable, free netflix access, wireless internet access, Blu-ray DVD player, Xbox 360 game system.  Cottage has A/C and heat, ceiling fans in all sleeping quarters & sunroom, gas grill, picnic table, washer and dryer.  

Resort ammenities include a clubhouse with game room. two TV areas, in-fround pool and hot tub, fitness center, yoga area, horseshoe pit area, two fire pits.
