Hemp fabric is used for the top and cork fabric (Vegan Leather) for the bottom, and it's filled with buckwheat hulls.

The meditation cushion is longer than the average cushion but that's not just about a great look, it's because the length is needed for better back support and comfort. And before you sit on your cushion you can easily reshape it. The filling hole (used as a handle) is tied up by hand with a cork cord and has a sliding knot and natural wood beads on the end.
