Head to the mountains of North Carolina in 2022 and take part in a teacher-led program at the Southern Dharma Retreat Center. (Please note: 2022 Southern Dharma Retreat Center schedule preview coming soon.)

The successful bidder for this item will be able to use the $200 toward the teacher-led program of their choice in 2022. Their stay will include the program and three vegan/vegetarian meals per day; all meals are served in noble silence under a tent outdoors. The meditation hall is available for use with masks and social distancing in effect, group sits take place every morning. Private accommodation will be in Southern Dharma Retreat Center's heated single kutis, with separate outdoor restroom and shower. Woodland trails are available for use.

Southern Dharma Retreat Center offers rustic and intimate teacher-led retreats representing a variety of spiritual traditions with a unifying thread of meditation, contemplation, and silence. The center provides a comfortable gathering place in a safe and secluded mountain environment removed from the distractions of everyday life. It cultivates an atmosphere of quiet reflection where one can nurture a sense of peace and uncover truths within the heart. The Center is located in the Southern Appalachian Mountains of Western North Carolina, about one hour northwest of Asheville.
