Karuna incense is made of 21 different medicinal herbs, which grow in the western region of the Himalayas, between the altitude of 5,000 to 14,000 feet. It is known for relieving congestion and fever in Ayurveda. It also balances Vata Dosha which is referred to as the King of Dosha.

Called Jatamansi in Hindi and Spikenard in English, Pang-Poe is a traditional Tibetan incense used for daily offerings and offering to the Buddha. Pang-Poe is also known as a calming herb in Ayurveda and Unani because of its medicinal values. Several studies have been done for its efficacy in respect of the nervous system. It has the power to reduce stress, anxiety, and tension and facilitates sound sleep, therefore it is good for those who wish to lead a stress-free life.
