This body of work is my "Seascape Series"

Each circle is an individual work of art using wax pigments and watercolor on handmade paper.

Having lived on the coast of Maine for 12 years while raising my family, the daily sights and smells of the ocean had become engrained into my being; they became a part of me. Since moving back to Vermont in 2013, the ocean has made its way from my soul out onto paper. 

Each piece is a world of its own. They invite the viewer in and evoke a feeling, whether rough or calm seas.
