Lauren is a mom of Kailyn. Kailyn was 3 when she was diagnosed in 2017 with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. After undergoing chemo for almost 3 years she is as healthy as we could ask for now! She is an adventurous 7 year old who loves the beach, art and crafts and riding her bike! She has such a huge heart and loves making others feel loved and appreciated.
Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL) is a type of cancer of the blood and bone marrow and often this type of cancer progresses rapidly. ALL creates immature blood cells, rather than mature ones.
