Elena is a mom of 6 year old, Bryce. Bryce was 3 years old when he was diagnosed with Retinoblastoma. Bryce is doing very well after chemotherapy treatment and surgery. He is still being seen at CHLA for regular checkups to make sure everything is ok with his health.   He is a very lovable and sweet child. He loves to play with his cousins and his tablet. He likes to go on adventures and road trips specially if there is pizza for the road and he is also very smart in school. 

Retinoblastoma is an eye cancer that begins in the back of the eye, the retina, and can occur in one or both eyes. This form of eye cancer is most commonly in children.
