SPENGA combines the three pillars of fitness to create the Best.Workout.Ever.
We believe strong bodies and minds are created through the power of ride, rep, revive.
There are ultimately three components to fitness being cardio, strength, and flexibility. SPENGA is the first studio of its kind, to put equal focus on all three components in one 60-minute workout, through a combination of spin, strength and yoga.
