Pursued by Bear Wines:  2019 Blushing Bear Rosé and 2016 Bear Cub Red Wine

Blushing Bear Rosé:  Since its first vintage, the Blushing Bear Rosé has been inspired by the Bandol region in the south of France.  Our current release, the 2019 Blushing Bear, captures the aromas and flavors of grapefruit, guava, sweet hints of melon and honey with a dry, crisp minerality throughout.  This is a mouthwatering wine with a bright, refreshing finish.  Bring on summer!  91 Points Wine Enthusiast.

As Pursued by Bear approaches its 15th year in production, we took the opportunity to revisit the blend that started it all.  The 2016 Bear Cub is a loving return to the early style of our flagship wine, Pursued by Bear Cabernet Sauvignon.  Like those earlier vintages, the Cub is a Cabernet Sauvignon-dominate wine blended with a small percentage of Syrah to enhance the mid-palate. 

Sourced from many of the same vineyards as Pursued by Bear and aged in predominately new French oak barrels, the Cub is youthful and vibrant, approachable as a youngster with its bright, fresh fruit but also with enough backbone to age beautifully.  91 Points Wine Enthusiast.

Plan to pick up the items you won on Sunday, July 4, 2021 between the hours of 9 am to 11 am.  The location for Curbside Pick-up is 33540 Loop Road at the Community Services Building.

Auction items containing alcohol must be picked up no later than July 15, 2021.  Please bring your ID when picking these up.

If you are not in Kirkwood your items will be stored at the Community Services Building until September 4, 2021.  Please email JGillies@kmpud.com to arrange for a date and time for pick up.

Small items such as Gift Cards will be mailed to you at your residence address after July 5,2021.
