Happymore was born in Zimbabwe in 1974.  He joined his brother, Edwin and his father, Chatambudza Mushinga in making his debut in America in 1993.  Like most Zimbabwe sculptures Happymore’s carvings are based on his vision of what "spirit" lives in the stone.
