The Prideful Reading for All Ages set includes three books that will help readers of all ages learn more about the LGBTQ+ community.

Included:

• Pride 1 2 3, written by Michael Joosten and illustrated by Wednesday Holmes (ages 1-5)


• Rainbow Revolutionaries: 50 LGBTQ+ People Who Made History, written by Sarah Prager (who also lives in the region and has presented for our youth!) and illustrated by Sarah Papworth (ages 8-12+)


• Redefining Realness: My Path to Womanhood, Identity, Love & So Much More, by Janet Mock

Bonus: These books were purchased at the Silver Unicorn Bookstore in Acton, which is heading up a Pride Authors event on the evening of June 4, with three other local book shops. Each book shop will have a Pride reading list during the month of June and donate a portion of the proceeds from the sale of those books to OUT MetroWest!
