This sweet country getaway is a 1000 sq ft, one bedroom home located on our 5 acre property. In the bedroom there is 1 Q bed and 1 single (memory foam) day bed w/single trundle pull out. In the living room is 1 Q pull out couch, 1 bathroom is shared between the living room and bedroom. Beautiful and scenic surroundings with a private yard and garden.

Guests  have access to private parking, kitchen and your own private deck and yard to enjoy the sunset and outdoors. Enjoy any of the board games, books and dvds. Help yourself to veggies in the garden and fruit from the trees. The house is fully equipped with blankets, towels, dishes, silverware, soaps, shampoo, coffee, spices everything you will need to cook, relax and be comfortable during your stay.

We are surrounded by vineyards and apple orchards in a very special and private neighborhood of Boonville. We are close to award winning wineries, quaint downtown Boonville, Anderson Valley Brewery, restaurants and the fairgrounds.
