Heidrun Meadery is an artisan producer of brut dry, naturally sparling mead (wine made from fermented honey instead of grapes) produced using the traditional Methode Champenoise.  Our Champagne-style mead is light, delicate, and refreshing, focusing on single-varietal honey.  The Meadery was founded in 1997 in Arcata, Ca. and in 2011 was relocated to a farm in Point Reyes Station to develop botanical and apicultural programs.
