On the palate this wine is bracingly fresh, and decadently filling the mouth with a mouth-watering array of dried tropical fruits, melon and pineapple. This wine is distinctively Sauvignon Blanc, with soft dried herbs, a nice citrus peel and minerality. Delicious, not dry, not sweet...absolutely memorable.
