At the age of 90, Hermina began quilting crib blankets for great grandchildren. However, she began losing her vision so her daughter began working with her. Hermina laid out the designs for over 80 quilts before she died at the age of 97.

Her daughter, Sheila has continued in this labor of love to quilt and bless families for years to come.
