A one-time private group class of a My Art House Studio favorite: Story Time!

Take your favorite books off the page and into your living room! This 45 minute creative movement and dance class helps deepen your artist's love of reading by giving them a 4D understanding of the books we explore. After a fun and energetic dance warm-up, we'll circle around to read your artist's favorite book with 8-10 of their closest friends. Finally, we'll play integrated dance games and exercises that will increase your artist's self-confidence, expand their vocabulary, and strengthen their coordination.

This one-time private class makes for a great birthday party activity, homeschool pod activity, or excuse to just boogie!

We currently offer this class online through Zoom. If you have a backyard in Chicago that is available (and weather permitting), we can make this an outdoor class as well.

More about us: My Art House Studio provides unique and affordable online or onsite creative movement, crafts, and dance classes for kids 3-12. We proudly use student-centered teaching techniques that look beyond a final product and help expand your artist's confidence, strength, and creativity. Our founder and head teacher, Morgan Dixon, has 14+ years experience teaching kids performing and creative arts and holds a BA in Dance from Columbia College Chicago.
