Be Yoga is a small, family-owned yoga school in the vibrant Andersonville/Edgewater neighborhood. At Be Yoga Andersonville, we pride ourselves in giving you the most friendly and welcoming environment to learn yoga. All of our teachers have done intensive training to teach the 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises of the original hot yoga in the heat. In addition, we spend extensive time developing our teachers so that they are able to give you the best instruction possible, no matter what is going on in your body. 

Our mission is to teach students of all abilities, ages and conditions to create positive change, body, mind, soul in a welcoming and supportive space.
