The Treatment Coordinator Intensive™ is a dynamic and practice changing workshop specifically for Doctors, Treatment Coordinators, and the entire orthodontic team. 

You will master all aspects of the New Patient Process from the initial phone call, throughout treatment and beyond. You will learn how to build and maintain a successful Observation Program, develop an exciting Kids Club, and learn how to turn pending patients into starts. This invaluable workshop will allow you to begin utilizing our Systems immediately. Additionally, we provide you with three (3) full months of post workshop support.

The TCI™ is a day and a half program conducted in beautiful San Diego, California and Las Vegas, Nevada. The course is taught through lecture, role-playing, question and answer sessions and an in-depth, take-home handout. Where there is a will, there is a way, so let us be your guide to doing things the Peniche way!
