Up for auction is this water color done by Sr. Eugenia Brown. Sister Eugenia Brown, O.S.B. is a legendary Tulsa artist who applied her Benedictine spirituality to watercolor landscapes. She joined the Benedictine Order as a young woman and faithfully lived her vocation at Saint Joseph Monastery in Tulsa. Sister Eugenia was Holy Family Cathedral’s Director of Religious Education for a quarter century. Sister Eugenia’s paintings have been featured in many local Catholic institutions and homes.
