Generously donated is a 50-Minute Zoom Conversation to meet and learn about how to write, illustrate layout, and publish a book from an idea and the actual process of going to the printing house in China!
The Zoom Conversation with unlimited participants, is with two Armenian Children's Book Authors: Leslie Yeransian Dolsak, author of "My Important Girl" and award winning author, Larry Issa, of "Get Back in the Book!".
This is a great way for New Authors' Clubs, Inspirations Writer's Groups and Mothers Groups to learn and gain insight about the children's publishing industry with shared experiences by two authors!
Yeransian's book, "My Important Girl" is a story of a little child who walk us through all the jobs mommy has! Too often the work of a mother is overlooked in our fast-paced, competitive culture or taken for granted, this book bolsters a mother's raison d'être and opens a child's eyes to the nuances of mom's work. This tribute to mothers features warm and cozy illustrations by Ekaterina Filyakova. Giving mothers and caretakers the much-needed encouragement that-no matter how mundane and routine-their daily work serves to create better children and a better society.
Issa’s book, "Get Back in the Book!" is an extraordinary tale, within a tale with stunning illustrations by Emma Chadwick. More than transporting young readers to faraway places, "Get Back in the Book!" Shows them the powerful and positive impact of books and storytelling. Issa is the recipient of 24 Awards, Moonbeam Children's Book Awards - Gold Prize - Best - Picture Book and Readers' Favorite - Gold Prize - Best Children's Book Concept to name a few!
