Aspiring internet sensation "Phil Hates Gluten" has Eosinophilic Esophagitis and has had to eat gluten-free since 2018 because of it. He created a social brand on Instagram and TikTok "@PhilHatesGluten" to make people laugh and to raise awareness of the highs and lows of the gluten-free lifestyle.

Gluten-free bread is oftentimes bite-sized compared to its gluten counterpart. So, Phil Hates Gluten created these t-shirts to raise awareness of the tiny bread and to hopefully, one day, create a world where we can eat normal-sized bread again. Phil says, "Let's make gluten-free bread bigger, together."
