SRS Events is offering event planning services for an event (50 person maximum) between August 1, 2021 and July 31, 2022. Event must be no more than 4 hours in duration and within 55 miles of Portland, Maine.

Whether it be a birthday party, anniversary, or graduation. Or, an employee picnic, product launch, or campaign kick-off... Let SRS Events handle the details so that you are free to connect with your guests AND have a good time, too.

SRS Events will:

• Assist with development of the event vision, priorities, and budget.


• Assist and execute design concept and décor.


• Create and manage an event planning checklist to ensure all details are handled in a timely manner.


• Facilitate vendor selection process.


• Facilitate and attend any/all vendor consultations and walk throughs. 


• Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors throughout the planning process and day of the event.


• Source and organize materials and décor.


• Oversee the delivery, setup, and removal of all décor and materials, equipment, rentals, and hired services for the event.
