Martini clone, 30% whole cluster, 16 months in 30% new French oak.  13.5% alcohol.

From the Russian River Valley, a region prone to lush wines, we chose to start with a thicker-skinned clone of pinot noir that would offer firm structure and more nuanced fruit expression.  We think it is a beautiful wine and we hope you will too.

Aromas of violet, pomegranate, clean earth and spice open to an elegant palate of black cherry and cranberry that persist as savory notes enhance the mid-palate.  Finishes long and bright with fine tannins.
