This very beautiful rose pink sari, Mother has worn for years with the sweet embroidered lavender flowers on it. The altar cloth set was made using materials from that sari worn by the Divine Mother. The small piece around Saraswati (available under Religious Statues) measures about 36x4" and was worn around Her heart area for a little choli (blouse). The larger piece on the altar measures 26x15" and was worn as Her skirt. She wore it here at the Ashram for Navratris and other occasions, usually on Fridays, Divine Mother Day.
