Heather Smith Labbe' grew up in Chatham and her father was Rev. Carlyle Smith who was the minister at the First Congregational Church in the '60's and '70's.
Heather lives in Limerick, Maine with her husband Gary and they have a daughter, Lisette Labbe'.
