8-class pack from Kittery's YogaEast Ashtanga Yoga Shala at 2 State Road. Livestream and/or In-Studio classes available. Yoga East was founded in 2001 and is one of the most well established Ashtanga yoga shalas in the northeast. Yoga East teaches Ashtanga vinyasa yoga in the tradition of Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India.
