Local artist/teacher, Laura McPherson introduces her fish as, “Meet Gill-Bert, the Salty Local. He and his family have been swimming the waters around Cape Island for generations. He has seen some things and tells many stories. His biggest pet-peeve is ocean pollution, he gets extra salty when he sees liter on the beach.” Laura enjoys a rich local family history of over 300 years of family living in Cape May.
