Diagnosed with Celiac Disease at age 28, Chef Marissa Schaeffer set out to develop gluten free food that tastes so good that even your non-gluten friends will ask for seconds! After creating and running a successful gluten-free business in Texas, Chef Schaeffer moved to the State College Pennsylvania area in 2016 and is now bringing her years of gluten-free goodness to you and your family!
