Description

Coconut Dime Banks are an creation of Leningrad Elarionoff!  A small hole is made in one side of the coconut shell to remove the meat, and then the shell is mounted on a koa stand and a tiny slit cut to drop in dimes...too small to ever retrieve the dimes without breaking or dismantling the shell!

There's a dime mounted on the stand...as a reminder of what's expected in terms of "feeding" your bank.

The fact the dimes are sort of irretrievable - or at least you're forced to continue saving them unless you literally break the bank - may be the reason each bank has a natural little face with quite an "attitude"!

These make a humous stocking stuffer for someone with a sense of humor - or - an attitude!
