C&S Hunting Supplies is owned and operated by D'Armand Cook in a small shop tucked away behind Big Island Brewhaus.  

D’Armand started out in the mid ’80s here in Waimea with a bicycle sales and service business that quickly became popular in the community.  His business has evolved many times over the years, from bicycles to outdoor apparel, surfing and kayaking equipment, to outdoor adventures and now to archery and hunting supplies.

He’s the go-to person for archery and hunting equipment on this part of the Big Island, though frequently has clients who fly in for the day from other islands because of the quality of service and technical expertise.  He gladly shares his knowledge and enthusiasm for nature, the island and the community.  His Mathews/Mission archery sales and service is top-notch, and he takes the time to personally fit each customer with the proper bow, arrows and additional complementary equipment.

D’Armand takes time to teach archery on an occasional volunteer basis as well as on an hourly basis for clients requesting personal assistance.
