Certificate must be redeemed in advance at the box office in person, by mail or by fax.

Certificate has no value except for tickets, based on seating availability, for which it may be redeemed. 

Certificate may not be combined with any other discount or program.

Certificate excludes Box section in the Sarasota Opera House, AA section seating in the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, the balcony in Holley Hall and the Neel PAC.

Certificate excludes any sold-out events, special events and Outdoor Pops.

Winning bidder must pay for postage/shipping of the item(s) or pick up BY APPOINTMENT ONLY at the Tampa Bay Times downtown St. Petersburg Bureau, 490 1st Ave S, St. Petersburg, FL 33701. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, NO walk-in pickups will be available.
