Advance reservations are required and are subject to availabilty. You must mention this certificate when you make your reservation. This certificate cannot be used in combination with any discount or promotion and is not valid on packages. Blackout dates, including holidays, may apply. Not redeemable for cash or credit and there is no refund or credit for any unused portion of this certificate. We regret that due to the number of donations made annually that we are unable to extend the expiration date of this certificate. 

Cancellation Policy: Once you reserve your tour date, you must notify us of any cancellation or change of plans at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure or your certificate will bcome null and void. 

If winning bidder cannot pick up at the CFC location in Thousand Oaks the week of 09/27, then they will responsible for $3.00 processing fee to mail.
