This card will not be replaced if lost or stolen or damaged. Except where required by law, this card is not refundable or redeemable for cash and may not be used to purchase gift cards. This card does not expire and has no service fees. 

If winning bidder cannot pick up at the CFC location in Thousand Oaks the week of 09/27, then they will responsible for $3.00 processing fee to mail.
