Advance online reservations are now required ONLY on weekends, Monday holidays, and Free Days for both visitors and Members. Weekday reservations are not required, but encouraged for faster check-in.

Tickets are made available the last Tuesday of every month at noon for the next month.

Your ticket(s) is valid for your selected day. Tickets are non-transferable. Your ticket time is your earliest arrival time. Please arrive no more than 1 hour later. Check-in closes at 4:15 p.m.

All weekend and Monday holidays visitors must have an advance reservation, including those who plan to redeem physical paper guest passes.

If winning bidder cannot pick up at the CFC location in Thousand Oaks the week of 09/27, then they will responsible for $3.00 processing fee to mail.
